Booking Terms & Conditions

Please note our booking terms and conditions, as follows:

Deposits & Cancellation

50% of your total booking cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 5 days of the date of reservation. The full booking cost will be charged if your booking is cancelled less than 48 hours from the arrival date. These fees will be waived if the room can be re booked, although we will charge a £5 administration fee.

We normally require a minimum deposit of £35 to be paid at the time your booking is made.

Arrival & Departure Times

We normally prefer guests to check in between 4pm and 7pm, times outside this should be agreed beforehand.

Guests are required to vacate rooms by 10.30am on their day of depature.
